Catastrophe ... (11/14/2020 6pm) 2 x 7up orders completely non-carbonated way too much sweet stuff probably the ratio of the syrup setting is wrong ... 2 x fries totally oily / ragged not crispy .. only the hot wings tasted

Cold fries, no coffee. The waitress told me they didn't have time to prepare it. The chicken pieces are so small they look like marbles. Robotic service without customer care.

Cold gammel food.

Even shortly before the store closes, customers deserve the same quality! I ordered a 5 for 5 €, the chicken part was missing, the fries were far too few, saggy and cold, just like the burgers, completely cold and the cheese not even melted. So absolutely unacceptable! Pity!

Sometimes it can happen that the breaded chicken lies longer and is totally disgusting. Always believe when you come like this ...

I was quick and food came very quickly. The burger buns and chicken parts were dry and the latter somehow more salty than like chicken in other shops / chains. The chilicheese sauce is bland and tastes like cheese. The coronation came the next morning when I got so much heartburn while drinking coffee that I had to vomit. My colleague reported that she also got nausea.

The Hänschen parts taste like KFC, but there are long lines at the cash register and two stand in the kitchen and watch waiting guests. Staff not friendly.

The rice menu was very good. Here I love the delicious chicken parts that are unique to KFC. I also eat in other KFC branches and have so far been unable to find any quality differences. The staff is attentive and friendly. The waiting time is approx. 4 minutes (5:30 pm) approx. 400 meters to the S - Bahn.

Fast food is always welcome as I am always in hurry. KFC, Burger King, McDonald's and Pizza hut are in my routine. I am use to with this so what to do.

Surprisingly better hot wings if compared to our KFC hot wings in the United States. I wish they would bring these to the US. No ranch dressing here though. That's a bummer.

This one in particular has some really unpolite and lazy employees. Avoid it, unless you really really dig the kfc food and don't mind an uncleaned table to sit at.

I like KFC but this branch manager/owner is not honest. I work near this area and whenever theres is a offer or voucher on kfc app they always denied to accept it. This is my 3rd time that they don't accept any coupon and reply they say our system doesn't accepts coupons this coupon is for any other branch. 2nd staff does not allow you to take tissues. They give by their own only one. I am sorry KFC.

What to say? It's KFC in a shopping mall without it's own seating area (though there are plenty of tables in the common seating area). Food is about as expected: you either like it or you don't. I do. Once in a while.

Standard issued fast food joint with excellent location in the center of one of the busiest shopping mall in the city Frankfurt am Maine. The interior is nice and clean and the staff is very polite. The menu of this establishment is I believe the same as on any other location across the world and is a famous one. In case you need a quick bite this will be an excellent place go. In the interest of full disclosure I will state here that I have visited this place only once at the time when this review is written and the full exploration has not been completed. There is a possibility that the place has changed and that this review may not correctly reflect the current situation at the site. The best course of action would be to make a visit to the location, explore as much as possible and make your own judgment. In case I visit the same location again, at some future point in time, and my opinion changes drastically, as to require the new grade, then this review will most likely be updated as well in order to reflect that change but no promise are being made here.

Friendly staff. Came 10 mins before closing so got cold fries and a warm zinger. Was too hungry to return. Will try again but insist that you get fresh food.
